Identify three ways to reduce and manage nicotine withdrawal.
Think of three sources of support to stay tobacco free.
Develop a plan in the case of a relapse.
Think of three strategies to cope with stress.
Identify friends and family who will support you.
Plan a healthy way to celebrate successfully quitting smoking.
